At Spot It, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as it landed in your cart. Every order is processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get a second email with tracking the moment your parcel is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel ships, we send a tracking number straight to your inbox so you can follow it every step of the way. If you have not received tracking within a few days of ordering, just reach out and we will look into it for you.
