HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and most parcels arrive within 7 to 12 business days depending on where you are in Australia. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is completely free on every order, Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Just enter it on our Track Your Order page or with the carrier to see exactly where your parcel is.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?
If you spot an error, email us straight away with your name and order number and we will try to update it before your parcel is dispatched. Once an order has shipped we are unable to change the address.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order, some items may be sent separately and could arrive a day or two apart. Rest assured everything you ordered is on its way.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We are sorry if that happens. Please email us with your name, order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
